Restaurant Carriages
Our 5-star carriages will feature all three coaches from the luxuriously refurbished Swiss Prestige Continental Express including the unique 'Diamant Bar' piano bar coach.

If you have any special preferences on the type of carriage, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Parties of two may reserve a private table for two (supplement £1,500 per table).

Private Compartments
In a throwback to the golden age of steam, passengers in 5-star can book a private First Class compartment.
Passengers booking this option will enjoy both an allocated seat in the restaurant car and a private compartment with seating for up to six reserved exclusively for your use. After dining at your seat in the restaurant car you will have the option of retiring to your private space where you can enjoy being looked after as we steam along.

Breakfast will be provided in your hotel every morning

5-star passengers will be welcomed on board with a
glass of Champagne and will receive lunch on board the
train on days 1, 3, 5 & 8 -
5 star passengers receive an evening meal on board the train on days 1, 3, 5 & 8. A half bottle of wine per person is included on each travel day (days 1, 3, 5 & 8).

A four-course evening meal is included in the award-winning Interalpen Hotel on day 4 (does not include drinks).

On days 2 in Lindau, and 6 and 7 in Salzburg, passengers will be free to make their own arrangements to dine either in their hotel (subject to availability), or one of the many bars and restaurants there.
