Mobility Requirements

At Belle Trains we aim to provide all the comforts of a luxury train holiday, so you can sit back, relax and savour every moment. From the joy of travelling and culinary adventures on our private train with luggage courier service between hotels, to personalised hotel experiences and an array of excursions, all accompanied by our experienced engaging team.

We design each tour to allow for leisure time in each destination, where our passengers can tailor their experience to their own approach to travel, with periods of relaxation or adventure as suits their needs. Within this, all our tours do require an entry level of unaided mobility and physical fitness, so everyone can enjoy their holiday with us to the full.

We ask that all passengers can participate in the main tour without assistance from Tour Managers or other tour members. Passengers must be able to board coaches, trains and boats, stepping on and off unassisted. If you require assistance, a fit and able travel companion must undertake to accompany and assist you with all tasks for the duration of the whole tour.

To support our passengers in establishing the suitability of tours, Belle Trains has classified each element for each holiday based on the activity levels found below. These are intended as a guide, and our friendly team are happy to discuss tour suitability with you should you have any further queries.
